My fiancee and I recently had to go through the process of resigning our mortgage and we had the opportunity to work with Sandra Forscutt from Metro Mortgage Group. From the first meeting we had to go over options we felt comfortable with our choice as she provided a wealth of information. We planned on taking some money out against the mortgage to purchase a family vehicle and she was excellent in making the math behind our options make sense. At one point the rates dropped and Sandra called to inform us she was dropping the rates. That same week the bank called to offer the same rate Sandra was at before the price decrease if we resigned with them. When the time came to sign papers Sandra was on top of things and was even helping to answer questions and give us peace of mind from a beach while she was on vacation. If you want a broker who truly cares about getting her clients the best rates I can't think of anyone better than Sandra and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to resign their mortgages.
