I have had the same treatment and worse review from her. This very nice lady obviously hasn't got the faintest idea what the relationship is between fees set by the medical aid insurance industry and private dental fees. She does not even live in SA, but lives in Windhoek, Namibia! She has been reported to Google. You have an excellent practice with a very good reputation because you don't charge "medical aid rates".
