I've been going to Portland Dental Works and seeing Dr. Afshar for around 10 years. I never have to wait when I arrive for my appointment. My hygienist, Jennifer, is wonderful and Dr. Afshar is super friendly and efficient. My whole family gets great dental care from this clinic. I have recommended them to many people over the years!
Inviting office environment, knowledgeable and professional team. Dr. Afshar has a wonderful chairside manner and is great at communicating the process and desired outcome for your procedures. The entire staff is competent and pleasant.
I think everyone can agree that they don't love going to the dentist... But Portland Dental Works really goes out of the way to make you feel welcome, especially their receptionist and office admin! I went for a cleaning and a follow-up filling at the PDX location. The hygienists were kind and thorough when explaining and during both processes. For the filling, when I told them I didn't like needles, they were super understanding and Dr. Mazyar Afshar was able to complete the procedure without anesthesia quickly, professionally, and pain free! Thank you all!
