Went for Valentine’s Day with my husband after someone recommended we try Refresh. We got the couples Valentine’s Day massage and spa special. We were taken to our couples room and on the massage table was Valentine’s Day decorations and chocolates. Robes were waiting on hooks and we were able to sit together in their indoor sauna before getting our massage. This is clearly a small business with an owner who cares about the little details. From the moment we entered the waiting area we noticed the Valentine’s Day decorations. We were greeted and quickly led back after filling out the standard massage form (only 1 page). The Thai massage was excellent and both masseuses asked how hard we wanted to pressure. They were very skilled at their craft and we both left feeling wonderfully relaxed. As we were walking out the owner handed us each hot strawberry green teas which capped off the fantastic service. We both definitely look forward to visiting again soon and referring Refresh Thai Spa to anybody.

I went for the first time last month. It's a beautiful spa, very relaxing and super clean. They have a very friendly professional staff. I was not that familiar with Thai therapy, but the stretching helped my back. My therapist was awesome! Her name is Susanna.

First time coming here! My husband booked me a full body and foot massage for Mothers Day , Susane did amazing, she was so nice and great at massages, it was so much better than expected! I’m so relaxed, totally needed this and coming back with husband next time :)) Thank you guys so much!

I booked a couples friendship massage for Mother’s Day expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but it turned out to be the worst massage I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was aggressively elbowing me instead of using proper technique. Then, because my friend didn’t feel comfortable with her own therapist, they decided to switch therapists mid-session—without asking us. So I ended up with the therapist my friend didn’t like, and it was immediately clear she had no idea what she was doing. It honestly felt like she might have been the receptionist or someone untrained who just started. The therapists kept switching back and forth between us during the session, making it awkward, uncomfortable, and far from relaxing. It was so bad we asked them to stop before the massage was over, and even then, they didn’t offer us a discount or seem concerned at all about our experience. This was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day treat, and instead, it was frustrating, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. I’ve had many massages over the years, and this is hands down the only bad experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
