After entrusting this company with my books for 3 months and getting no results we fought to receive our money back as they admitted they could not do them. I have now had my books completely looked over by a charted accountant company who have informed me that they not only completely messed up my previous years taxes that had been completed and submitted they added 1700 additional items into my QuickBooks, they deleted items that I had cleared and destroyed 9 months of already reconciled entries. To top it all off my company does not need to charge PST and they somehow have the books completed where my company now owes $6846.00 in PST (that I repeat we do not charge) If anyone would like to message me personally they are welcome to as I would be happy to show the email string where they threatened to call lawyers If i told anyone what had actually happened to me which is not slander as it is my truth. I highly recommend staying away from this company as they have no idea what they are doing at all.

Worst experience ever... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Paid them just over $6000.00 (85% of our original quote) to get started. We gave them access to our quickbooks and they completely messed them up. After 2 months, they had not completed anything that they said they were going to. I don't even know how they did it, but they ended up duplicating and sometimes triplicating entries into our QuickBooks, and then accused us about adding entries while they were working. UNBELIEVABLE... After that, they said they were cancelling our contract and said I wouldn't be getting a full refund. After a battle, they agreed to pay back all of the funds, but wanted me to sign a gag order so I couldn't warn people about my experience. I made them remove those clauses from the settlement letter, and had them state they ended our contact without cause because they weren't able to do the job before I signed it. Fast forward a week, I get an email from the owner of the company threatening legal action if I didn't take down a negative yelp review I had written. Told him to stuff it, as free speech in Canada is alive and well, so here I am lol... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ID GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.
