This place started out great and now they're cost cutting at the customer's expense. You used to get quality ingredients and great service. Now everyone has an attitude and the quality of the food has gone down drastically. This morning I asked for toast with butter. What kind of butter stays solid on hot toast after 15 minutes? One more than one occasion, they've given me cold cheese on a grilled cheese or tuna melt. They take forever to make a simple order. Most people who frequent here need to get back to work. Many times, your order is made and just sitting on the back counter while the staff chats with each other.

I can say its a decent place,they have few tables to dine in. They have self counter and also a cashier which is nice.. you can see in the counter the ingredients of their food,you see how they prepare your food on the spot. Inordered chicken avocado wrap. Its taste good but more better if they can toast/ they have toasted the wrap and additional spice flavor for a small kick. Cashier were busy talking and chitchatting Price are decent,menu selections were good. Will try to come back next week to try their bowls

Service was super quick and kind despite a lunch rush! It’s a go to for my office. Pretty decent place for a lunch. Love their tofu salads but maybe the city is just getting pricier.

All the people in here posting bad reviews for the service were clearly in search of the wrong thing. This is a pickup spot for a sandwich in NYC and that’s exactly what it delivers. Lots of options, fast, and tasty. I got the veggie sandwich and thought it was excellent. The 7 grain bread was delicious.
