Santos Water, Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, Drain Back up

Had Grizzly in to do some plumbing work for a new kitchen and would use them again in the future. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them in the past and it turned out to be a good referral. Calvin from Grizzly was great to deal with, communication was excellent and the price seemed quite reasonable for the work done. Got clear explanations of the work required, the options open to me with pros and cons and they delivered on the job expectations they set out in the estimate.

Wonderful experience with Grizzly! My partner talked to Brad, who was a pleasure to talk to. Brad sent Joe to do our jobs and Joe was wonderful. We asked that Joe wear an N95 while in our home due to our health concerns and he instantly said yes, no problem - a big relief for us! Joe fixed out rusted out kitchen sink drain and then the P trap underneath and the ABS pipe back to our wall as he also found a slow leak there. The drain and pipes are both 60 years old, so there were due for replacement. Joe then also replaced our 60-year-old bathroom sink that had also rusted through, replaced both of our hot and cold water stop valves as they were both seized, and also our faucet that was rusted under the countertop (Joe had to go to our local Home Depot to get us the new faucet). Joe was calm, polite and explained everything he was doing. It took the afternoon to do all of this; Joe then cleaned up (we couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere around his work areas), we paid our invoice via VISA, and off he went. What an enjoyable experience. A very nice tradesman who did a great job: it made our day. Next on our list is to replace our 60 year old toilet that has a huge - and I mean huge! - water tank with a new super water-efficient toilet; and yes, we'll be calling Grizzly. Grizzly was recommended to us by our neighbour who said Brad was great. We can also state that Joe is great. Five stars to Joe, Brad and Grizzly!

Grizzly Plumbing is the best! They are prompt, efficient, and honest. We’ve had Kyle and his team handle various plumbing issues over the past few years and they never disappoint. Their prices are fair. My Mom always hired trades people through word of mouth…and that’s all that existed in her time. Kyle and his team have that same great work ethic. We’re so happy that we found them.
