If your business needs software rhis is rhe best place in Vancouver to get it. The staff should be workng for NASA they are incredibly knowledgeable polite and professional. The store is accessable by everyone including parking lot next to the building. If you want software this is the very best place to go prices are decent and followup by staff is excellent.

The office environment is comfortable with good lighting inside. However, don't let that deceive you as the managers can be rude and offensive. The team I worked for has been hiring foreign workers and displacing the locals. They are basically looking for cheap labor. Hundreds of interns are hired each year. I've seen colleagues cry because the managers were laying the law down on them. People are not awarded fairly as managers are given the rights to distribute the bonus, so whomever is buddies with the managers will get a bigger piece of the bonus. You will need to learn how to schmooze with your manager and play some politics to get ahead. People are not awarded based on merit, and this is not only on my team but other teams as well. Also be careful if you take parental leave as you will come back to a rude awakening, most likely a pink slip or some sort of antagonization where the manager would try to force you to quit. Manager has also revealed people's personal issues and private matters to the team. I know that incidents has been reported to HR but HR has done nothing even though they've acknowledged that it was harassment. HR is supposed to "protect" the interest of the company, which means protecting incompetent managers. There was also a worksafe inspection on them recently. The team I worked on, over 6 employees have left in the past few years. They left for a reason and were displeased with our manager. Employee survey results were so bad that the manager avoided going through it. They hired a married couple at the same time on the same team and the husband and wife is constantly covering for each other. HR should actually look into this. They don't care what you think, just work and if you don't like it, leave. There are better options out there if you are looking for better pay and better treatment. Coming here for an internship is fine as you can use it as a stepping stone to move on to companies like Salesforce, Amazon or Microsoft.
