Sapphire Electric

Replaced a ton of light switches with modern, but fussy, ones and upgraded our two Nest thermostats. Always great communication and wonderful service. There was a minor issue with one of the light switches, and they came back to fix it at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

Sapphire picked up the phone right away and scheduled an electrician to look at my problem the same week. The tech, Shawn, was very professional and diagnosed the cause within 30 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the issue and what may have caused it. He provided a quote on the spot and explained every line item for me. The following week, Shawn came out to complete the work, and it fixed more issues that I didn't even know I had! He walked through the work he did and we tested everything to make sure I was happy. Sapphire Electric is by far the most professional and competent group of electricians I have ever dealt with. Their service is exceptional, they've truly gone above and beyond for me. These are craftsmen that are proud of their work, and stand behind it. No job too big or too small, I've had them out for everything from replacing outlets to a total rewiring job after we discovered the entire kitchen was still on a single circuit.
