The staff are very nice and the office was lovely. But I feel like they always found something to have to "fix" at every appointment. I have moved twice since and had two other dentists. I have had the odd cavity since then, but nothing like when I was there! They made me think I had bad teeth or bad habits! I am so glad I don't have to go here anymore. I had benefits, and they definitely used them!

Dr. Sara and her staff are phenomenal! Their communication and upbeat moods inspire co offence that not only will you recieved the best care possible but you will also be able to ask questions in order to fully understand your options/what's going on inside your mouth. It's a delight to see them, even when the procedure was less than pleasant (tooth extraction) I left with a big smile.

Dr Thomm is amazing! Very friendly and so kind but very professional. I love all the staff that works there. They make you feel very welcome the minute you step in the door. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend!

Dr Thomm and all her staff are simply awesome. They all go above and beyond to make me comfortable during my appointments. Dr Thomm always surprises me with her memory. She will ask questions about my life and she actually listens to tha answers. Then 6 months later she remembers what we had talked about and will ask about it. Everyone at Great Lakes does whatever it takes to ensure that I am comfortable during my time in the chair. If you are looking for a new dentist you can stop looking!
