ER is smooth. Day surgeries lock personal effects up and tell patients no to getting them back after they've returned to to their room. The nurses DECIDE. Absolutely not. Adults have power over themselves, not some power tripping nurse.

the nurses working made me feel so comfortable and cared for! absolutely incredible work being done by them. i was made very comfortable while i waited to go in. i was in for a day procedure and the doctor and resident were kind and extremely informative on what would take place and what was expected in aftercare. everyone involved in my care today made what could be an anxious day an easy and comfortable environment

I had surgery here yesterday, and all I can say is that I’m impressed beyond what words can ever express! everyone is so kind here, and very understanding: especially with patients who are very nervous! they walk you through everything during the process, and make you feel very involved in your care, thank you! 🫶🏻
