I have the absolute best customer experience story. We drove from Regina to Saskatoon, only to discover that they were closed on Mondays. I managed to get a hold of the store owner and he had somebody at the store within 20 minutes to meet with me on the day they were closed. The total customer experience is amazing. So much so that we bought two bikes, a bike rack and locks. We’ve tried them out and we are in love! Highly recommend this company.

The whole customer experience deserved 5 stars, hands down. The bike itself is a beast, devouring all the consecutive steep hills that eastern Quebec has to offer. I didn't push my Juggernaut Ultra Duo 4 to its limit yet, but being 6'3" and 240 lbs, I 'm always surprised with the range exceeding the listed specs, even with a single battery (I also ordered the second range-extender battery). Real Santos, the sales representative, answered every single question I had in a matter of minutes, and followed up with the shipping company when I was wondering what was happening with the package. Easily recommended.
