Customer experiences
FANTASTIC experience AAAA+++. What an amazing team, we were warmly welcomed and sat in a booth right way on a busy Saturday morning. The breakfast place we attempted to go to prior had a sign saying they were closed due to staff shortages so after a quick google decided to try this Sassy location. Beth our server greeted us quickly and got drinks going. The chocolate shake was yummy and hit the spot. I had the French toast, my girlfriend had the Biscuits & Gravy and my daughter had the chicken strips. All delicious! 𤤠The pace of the meal was perfect and all the staff were smiling and helpful and made us feel welcome. This is a wonderful, clean, open and bright, safe space š§·and I let Sean the lovely manager know he had a great team! The food was delicious, the portions are huge and we all left with boxes. We will definitely be back, saving y'all in my faves, thank you so much! ā ā ā ā ā
It was pretty crowded but our server, once she arrived, was super friendly. I feel like they were understaffed. The lattes were huge and tasted great. All the good was really tasty and fresh and came in ginormous portions. This was a short walk across the street from the Holiday Inn and beats their in-house restaurant for quality and value, in my opinion. Plus... Lattes! We like our espresso!
Rhonda is a star. She was the only server working and she was on top of it! She was friendly, fast and attentive. The host was also very nice. The food was filling and flavorful. A lovely little gem on our roadtrip!
I planned my whole trip around The Sassy Onion from Boise, Idaho to LincolnCity. I try to stop here every time I come to the coast. I have a very bad gluten allergy and I can eat all the gf food here. The chicken strips are to die for. I also had the banana bread French toast, and the daily special which was crab cakes eggs Benedict. My appetizer was a beautiful Bloody Mary made by the beautiful Sarah!(Donāt worry I didnāt eat it all by myself I shared) The only downside to the sassy onion is they are only open until 2:00 so youāve got to come early.
Sassy Onion Market Street is a cafe.
