We completed a project with Ackard in summer 2025 and were very happy with the whole experience. The team did a great job of paying attention to what we wanted and adjusted their plans accordingly when needed. They started and completed the work in a timely manner and met our deadline, despite having some minor setbacks initially. Everyone on the team, but particularly our project manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted. We are very happy with the final outcome and have already been recommending them to anyone that asks!

I was very impressed with the care and patience that the team at Ackard had when discussing a potential renovation to help my elderly parents remain in their home. Michelle and Ron were very kind and understood the challenges in making a difficult decision. Although we ultimately decided to not go forward with a renovation to accommodate my parents the professional manner and expertise that Ackard provided helped guide us to make the right decision in our circumstance.

We signed on with Ackard to do a major renovation to our Heritage Home (New Foundation with Developed Basement, New Service Lines and a New Double Garage). Our experience with Ackard was top-notch and we are over the moon pleased with the end result. The attention to design prior to contract signing was impressive and very detailed. Ackard employs some very caring individuals who treated our Project like it was being done on their own home. As with any substantial project, there are moments for the homeowners that can be stressful and tense, in our case the project involved lifting and suspending our house while the foundation was redone. Ackard was excellent at keeping us informed about what was taking place and why, this really helped ease our minds. From a contractual standpoint, there was no nickle & diming after contract signing for ticky-tack extras that I've heard some other Contractors can be known for. We're past the one year mark post completion and have just completed the walk through to identify and remedy any deficiencies, of which there were very few. Items that were identified were quickly remedied by Ackard's Staff, going above and beyond in a few cases assisting with items that weren't necessarily their issue to fix.
