Toufiq ChamsHi, I visited your Hospital today accompanying my wife to see a dermatologist. I parked my car in the basement and in the lift, signage board showed that the clinic is in the first floor. I approached the receptionist in first floor and she told me that the dermatology clinic is in ground floor!!! The ground floor signage board doesn’t include dermatology clinic!!! , as shown on the attached photo. It is necessary to review all the signage boards and revise it in order to reflect the actual clinics location and make it easy to your customers finding their way easily. Thank you On 17-1-2025 I visited Emirates hospital to consult a gastrologist. The lift’s Board is showing the clinic in the 3rd floor. In the that floor we were informed that it is in ground floor!!! Khalid El-BialyThe Doctors in this hospital is always in top level, our son was presented with very high temp, they did the needful examination from their end till-decision of admitting the boy to ensure the dropping of the temp, their rooms is spacious and clean enough space to roam around with the boy , Nurses are nice and always attending our needs whenever is needed taking care of our boy and us as well
