We visited on our honeymoon trip and are absolutely blown away. The tasting menu was absolutely amazing, perfectly curated dishes for the season. You can tell there is so much thought that goes into each dish, the chef even forages the mushrooms and ingredients for the tea! This was such a unique and memorable experience! And the service was just as amazing. Highly recommend for anyone celebrating something or just having a fun date night.

Am amazing, evolving journey with each menu inspired. Tasting menus here are fantastic. Chef takes you in a journey of textures and presentations that highlight seasonality and foraged ingredients. Super creative with nice progression. Really engaging with the help of great staff. Do your research though. Tasting menus are not for everyone and not everyone is adventurous, although this place is really approachable regardless of the style of dining.

What a beautiful surprise to have found in the small town of Canmore! We had the 5-course tasting menu with wine paring. The fragrance of every course was wonderful. Our server, Amanda, made the evening even more special. She guided us through the meal with a lot of knowledge of what was prepared and a genuine enthusiasm. Each dish had a story. Her care and attention to detail definitely elevated the experience. Highly recommended! Reservations recommended.

We ate here the night of our wedding day. We rented the attic space and enjoyed the tasting menu! The food is so unique and our guests loved trying all the new locally foraged foods by Chef Tracy! Rebekah was professional during our planning process and made things so easy! Pierre was a wonderful server for dinner and very knowledgeable about all the wines and food!
