Phenomenal service and knowledge. Came from out of town and they set me up with a quality road bike rental (even though they didn't originally have anything available). Offered advice on where to ride and made the entire experience a pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone in need of bicycles and a good time.

The guys are friendly enough but genuinely have no idea what they're doing half the time. I brought in a bike to get new tires and valves and the put them on completely wrong. I had to remove the tires and tubes at home to fix their mistake. Waste of my time and money. They also refuse to work on any e bike that didn't come from them. Not even willing offer advice on where to go or even share knowledge. Honestly if you're not spending money there, they are all rude and act like they're better than you

I have had the WORST customer experience of my life. I bought a bike here online, it was a great deal. I live in Mexico and flying to Fredericton was worth it for that bike, so I bough it and my plane tickets too. I had a lot of phone calls with the staff confirming the payment, confirming my arrival date and the picking up date. Well, a couple weeks after buying it I received a refund of that payment, which was weird because I never asked for it. I call the store and told me they did the refund because THEY SOLD THE BIKE TO SOMEONE ELSE. A bike which I was supposed to own and I was supposed to fly there just for picking it up. Of course I got mad and they were not capable to share an explanation besides “sorry we messed up” no solution was given, nothing. They were supposed to call me for giving me a solution but I’m still waiting for that call. I really think they do not dimension the big problem they got me in, I’m now with a plane ticket to Fredericton to pick a bike that was sold to someone else while it was supposed to be mine already. I have never experienced something like this, I feel like I am a FRAUD victim. I’m concern about their resolution capability (which is non) and the customer service they offer, they didn’t took responsibility of their mistakes at least trying to offer me any solution. If you are thinking about buying a bike here, please DON’T do, or at least not in their web page because you run the risk of not getting that bike. Now I’m with plane tickets to Fredericton, no bike, no solution offered, nothing. At least now recommend thing to do there

Awesome service from all the staff, but especially Will. I went in last week looking to replace the wheels of my old bike and I ended up with a brand new one on a good deal. From that experience alone I can say it's definitely a great spot for all your biking needs.
