Very disappointing experience and total lack of after-sales support I purchased an ice machine from this company in Dubai for export, but from the beginning, the machine had a defect from the factory. I tried to contact the company to report the issue, but they rarely responded, and communication was very difficult right from the start. I even sent someone in person to try to resolve the issue. Although they acknowledged the problem, each person shifted the responsibility to someone else without offering a real solution. In the end, I ended up with a machine that doesn’t work and no support from their customer service. I strongly discourage doing business with this company if you’re looking for quality products and reliable after-sales service.

Please do not use this company. The after sales service is beyond terrible. In my 14 years in F&B in Dubai I have never experienced such bad service. Over 8 months I have had a broken machine. Many times it was returned still not working.
