I recently splurged on all new bedding and towels, and decided to go the extra mile and get it monogrammed. I am very particular about how I make my beds and hang my towels, and was concerned that whoever monogrammed my stuff wouldn't get my persnickety instructions and requests. Not Zach! As soon as I opened my mouth to explain my ideas I was instantly reassured. I immediately saw that he got it and was as "persnickety" - aka meticulous - as I was! Zach was pleasant, professional and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. He did a beautiful, 5 star job on all my sheets and towels, and finished the job days earlier than expected.
