We had SBC Contractors, Inc. do a complete home remodel and are very pleased with the results. Steve was recommended to us by a neighbor who had SBC work on their home. From the initial estimates and timeline, to obtaining the necessary permits with the County and City, to the sub-contractors Steve retained for certain parts of the remodel, and all of his crew’s work through the final detailed invoice, we thought Steve and his team did a terrific job. Our remodel included the entire interior of the home, expanding the garage and extending two outdoor patios and covering them with an entire new roof. The interior remodel included removing walls, changing out all of the windows and doors, new flooring throughout and renovating the kitchen, the living areas and three bathrooms. The electrical and plumbing work was also done well and we didn’t have any issues with permit inspections. We are very happy with SBC Contractors, Inc and would recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel their home.

We hired SBC Contractors to do a complete remodel of our kitchen and partial remodels in two bathrooms after seeing the complete remodel SBC did for our son. To say we are pleased with their work is an understatement. Steve and his crew informed us what we could expect each day, were on time, did what they said, and cleaned up each day. There was no switching back and forth with other jobs SBC had in progress. The crew who started our job stayed on the job until it was complete. We told Steve, the owner, what we wanted and he took it from there - all the way from the cabinet people to the counter people and painter.
