FANTASTIC COMPANY! SBI came out, repaired, and replaced our entire roof — and we couldn’t be more grateful. We were dealing with major issues: drooping eaves, splitting shingles, and a roof that clearly didn’t match its supposed age. The previous owner had a roofing company do some work before we bought the home, but it was substandard. Nothing was properly supported, and there was significant dry rot. Less than 10 years later, we had to start over. SBI gave us a fair price and handled all the necessary reinforcements. They kept us fully informed throughout the process, showing us the problems they uncovered, offering options, and never making changes without our approval. They salvaged as much of the original plywood as possible, clearly explained what needed replacing, and never made us feel like they were trying to pad the cost. Their team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Their communication was top-notch, they clearly know their craft, and they took detailed photos to document everything once the roof was removed. They kept cost increases to a minimum while ensuring the work was done properly. We are incredibly thankful for SBI — they gave us peace of mind knowing our home is now far more secure
