I am a homeschooling mother of 2 children, an 11 year old and 14 year old and I have been with SCAIHS from the start of my homeschooling journey. I have found that the staff has always been very polite and professional . I have been impressed with their record keeping and advice they have given me. If I was late in turning in a report, they simply and politely reminded me and were kind when I did turn in a report late. I have no problems with SCAIHS and I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to homeschool. I could not have homeschooled my children without the counselors assistance, and they were very helpful when I had a curriculum problem. I have never seen or heard of them ever treating a parents or a student in a harsh and unprofessional way. When I volunteered to answer the phones at SCAIHS I was impressed with how the staff assisted and listened to the parents who were coming in to inquire about homeschooling with SCAIHS. I sign my name proudly to this rating, and I fully support SCAIHS.

I have been a member since I began homeschooling in October 2006. My decision to homeschool was after the school year had begun, and I was extremely nervous. The SCAIHS staff was (and still are) incredible; they helped give me the confidence and encouragement I needed to homeschool, and they successfully guided me through my first year of homeschooling. I can't imagine NOT homeschooling with SCAIHS--I know that their professional staff will always provide candid feedback when I have questions, and ensure that my children (15, 13 and 4) are on track with the courses they need to take to graduate. With my oldest in her second year of high school, I have peace of mind knowing that SCAIHS will make sure we are on track with all SC DOE requirements to graduate. I cannot say enough about how much I love the SCAIHS staff; they have always been responsive to my inquires and always make time to talk to me when questions arise.
