MikeThis is my second experience with Avenue Rd Roofing. I called them first because I new I could depend on them to do the job I needed correctly the first time. They have skilled workers that are not cutting corners to fix your issue to maximize profit. Having said that Avenue Rd isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for, a good quality repair. My issue this time was a leak coming into the house, running down an exterior wall and ending up in a basement storage area. The Avenue Rd represented visit my house and gave the roof a close inspection not only in the problem area but all over. He made several recommendations and gave a summary of there plan for investigation and the repairs that would be necessary. We the crew arrived they executed the plan and found source of the problem as suspected by the chimney on my lower roof We have had no further issues since the repair. I am very happy with the quality of the work.
H FWe thought we had an issue with our roof, and Aron came by to assess. He was extremely nice, on time and actually said that he does not believe our roof requires any repairs. It was a really pleasant surprise to get to deal with such an honest contractor. No wonder they have such high ratings!
A KI needed a small roof replaced since as it turns out, it was installed improperly years before and had led to some leaks. Called Avenue - inspection within 2 days, quoted the next day. Due to scheduling, work could only take place in a couple of weeks. Work was completed in 2 days. Peace of mind is priceless! Will definitely use Avenue again - highly recommend!
