We never hesitate to call the friendly and professional staff who are always ready and willing to help, even having a technician calling back with same day answers. Sceptre came in and upgraded our ancient phone system to something so much better. Dave was great to deal with in sales and Jay did a great job with the install and programming. The pricing was extremely fair and the service received was top notch. After the job was complete they followed up and made sure we were happy with everything, can't ask for much more. Sceptre was recommended to us for the expansion of our phone system in our satellite office and the experience has been great. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had with the new system. Along with their monthly service agreement we have saved time dealing with the phone company directly, Sceptre handles all of that for us! Nearly 3 years ago my review stated what's listed below and today May 2, 2017 I'm editing my review and upgrading to 5/5. May 2017: Approx 6 months ago I recruited Melissa from Sceptre to assist us with issues with our very small phone system and rescue us from issues with the phone company. Typically companies like ours are difficult to help as we just don't have enough lines to justify a change in service. But, Melissa was able to get us a better plan (savings of $45 per month on just 2 lines!) and her techs were able to fix the line issues that other techs and electricians could not. Thank you Melissa! Here's what I said 3 years ago and it still stands: "I've not used Sceptre personally (which is why I'm only rating a 4!), however I have a business associate that invited Melissa into their firm to do a free audit of their current phone bills. The savings that Sceptre was able to offer with the purchase of new & technologically savvy system was staggering. I highly recommend that you take her up on the audit"
