We had a great experience at Rooms To Go! We set out on a mission for patio furniture and a desk with 5 stops in mind this past weekend. We didn’t make it past our 2nd stop (Rooms To Go)! Darren, our sales person was attentive (but not pushy) informative and listened to our needs. He was everything you want in a sales person! I’d definitely recommend this business and Darren as a salesman. I’m in sales myself and appreciate exceptional customer service. Thank you, Darren, for making this experience easy and memorable. Went into Rooms To Go and assumed that I was going to be stressed out after the visit. Thankfully that was not the case. Robert aka "The Furniture Guru" was so helpful. Not only did Robert make the experience easier and less stressful but Robert had great ideas on furniture choices and what was suitable for my new living space. It's refreshing to know there are great people in this world like Robert who take the time and make you feel important and heard when your trying to find furniture that fits your needs. Let's be honest a comfortable living space is essential. I will definitely be back and looking for Robert when I purchase in the future from Rooms to Go. Robert needs a standing ovation for his knowledge,patience,creative sales skills, great sense of humor, Robert is very related able, and just an overall great person. We visited the Rooms to Go on West Broad st and had an amazing experience. We looked for a couple hours and ended up purchasing what we think is the best couch for our situation. Floyd was super helpful through the entire process. He was not over bearing but always there when we needed help. He took extra time and went out of his way to help us consider our options and plan out the perfect sofa for our apartment.

Very pleased with our purchase of two sofas, a chair, and an ottoman. Bruce was helpful and cordial, and on both of our follow-up trips to look at accessories, he stopped what he was doing to walk over and greet us. We have felt none of that pushy, follow-you-around vibe that you get at a lot of furniture stores. The pieces we bought seem well-built and are comfortable, and while not heirloom pieces that will last for generations, they are sturdy and the cushions are firm. We efigure we'll get at least 8-10 years out of this furniture. The price is excellent, even if it only lasts half that long.
