He's obviously an expert in all types of residential electrical work. I had a big job that I needed to do and he and his crew were up to the task. Jim was very good at explaining what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. When the crew came, I was very impressed and pleased with how they proceeded with the work. They were very communicative about how they would proceed, and, they stayed on the job until they were finished, and, came back right away to take care of a couple a couple of minor items. The office staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable about the project. I've recommended JM to a couple of other people and they were pleased with the results as well.
