Very thorough after you call, had the investigator come to my.house and set up physical therapy within a few days. Always respectful when I call , and when they do call back the let you know exactly what is going on, which I respect. My advice for other clients is don't get frustrated, they are a law firm with many clients and they will get back to you, trust me ,I was 1 of the frustrated people but since I know what's going on with my case,it was burden lifted of my shoulders. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who has been in a accident.

Added me to a stupid lawsuit without doing any checks, The law suit is about injury sustained at the property I bought in 2024, but the accident occurred in 2023! When I called and talked to someone at their office, explaining that I did not live or own the property involved until a year after the date of the accident, they said the lawyer will call me back and don't worry about it. I never got a call until someone banged on my door on a Sunday morning many weeks later, delivering court documents to my old property. So they spent resources to figure out my other address but could not check deed and sale records to realize that I didn't own the house in 2023? I called again and the secretary refused to relay the message and have the attorney call me back and told me to contact my insurance, like for what?

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with how my case has been handled. I wish that I could provide less than one star My case went to court in February of this year, and to date, I have not received the payment. What makes this situation even more concerning is that I was recently informed by someone else that my payment has already been received yet I have received no confirmation or communication regarding this from your office. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Since May, I have attempted to get clear answers from the paralegal assigned to my case, only to be met with vague responses and constant runaround. When I finally requested to speak with a supervisor, I was left on hold with no follow-up, which only added to the growing frustration I feel. She’s literally the worst and gets angry because you’re calling her out. I am beyond disappointed and feel disrespected as a client. The handling of this matter shows a complete disregard for my time, well-being, and legal rights.
