The free initial consultation was excellent. I had my reservation about virtual treatment but Dr Jimmy took the time to answer any questions I had about how Phyxable work. He was very knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed with the diagnostic appointment with another physiotherapist. I had assumed we would complete some assessments to find out my limitations in movement and root cause of my pain, but he prescribed some exercises based on my description of issues alone. I feel the exercises he gave me are just standard posture exercises that can be easily found online and on YouTube. It is not as personalized as I had hoped. The appointment itself felt rushed and I didn't get the custom exercise in the app until many days later after emailing and following up with support that took days to get a reply.
