D YLast update: after seeing my review update, John called and tried to make a bunch of excuses however we did get the legs delivered and replaced yesterday(funny they couldn’t even keep the time frame *they* picked). I will keep the 1 star because of the difficulty working with John and team and will avoid this store at any cost… If you want to get excuses and *reasons*, you will get your money’s worth, but if you want quality, reliability, and integrity - Schreiter’s ain’t it! Editing my initial review… after we got the sofa, the legs had bad saw marks and were not the color we agreed upon. The store has been extremely difficult to work with in getting this resolved - I basically get the feeling that all they do is stall and delay with the hope that we just let it go. It has been three months after delivery and the issue with our custom order sofa is still not resolved. I would avoid this store!!! We ordered a sofa from here... We had very specific requirements and Nicole helped us a lot - she was very patient and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for helping us find our sofa ;)

When i was on the fence about ordering, Ryan King, Design Consultant, was very patient and stayed in touch with email reminders of end of sale prices, new sales, and helping to coordinate additional pieces. On the day i was going to pick up the living room furniture it was raining, and Schreiter's was able to deliver same day so that i didn't have to deal with tarps etc. The furniture looks amazing in the space!
