LoraineI am a huge fan of Russell and Bromley shoes so was delighted the there was an outlet in Swindon. I was looking for a stylish pair of trainers and the shop had a great choice at fantastic prices. However the wonderful staff, especially Gosia couldn’t have been more helpful and even though I was in there for ages, they remained so helpful. I could have bought all the shoes in my size but in the end bought 4 beautiful pairs for the full price cost of one pair. I am a firm believer that shoes make you happy and I couldn’t be more delighted with all of mine and the excellent service. Thank you! I will be back again soon!

They took my contact details and within 30 mins they’d called me to say they’d found them in another store and would post them to me within 2-3 days. I nipped back in and paid, the shoes arrived super quickly, no shipping charge, party saved, etc..!! Brilliant.

Devin CavanaghWow!! Rude Rude Rude!! The lady who I can only assume is the manager made a massive mistake this morning when she approached my wife, son and myself and asked if we needed any help. I said we were only 'mooching' i.e casually browsing. She looked us up and down, as we weren't dripping in designer branded clothing or shoes, she promptly said.....the sale racks are over there and gesticulated to the opposite side of the store. You should perhaps watch the film Pretty Woman and never judge a book by its cover. You're a fool, not only did you lose our trade today, we will never on principle shop with your chain. You're a disgrace to your profession and should be ashamed of yourself for stereotyping people as 'white trash'. I may even write to the CEO of Russell and Bromley as I am so offended by your dismissive demeanor!!
