Customer experiences
The chicken strips are good fresh but not so much after they have been sitting. I buy after hour food and last time was charged full price half hour before closing and the food was barley edible. I paid $24 for food I mostly threw out. I used to eat there 3 or 4 times a week as it is close to my house. After the pricing and food quality I haven't eaten there for weeks.
A few years ago my family and I went to this store atleast once a week for 10 years. Passing thru town summer 25'. Family and myself stopped into the store multiple occasions; the overgrown skater boy, heavy set man is extremely condescendantly rude. As well, they have got my food order wrong several times- wrong product, luke warm- not hot, but somehow they managed to it make it out to be our fault. Their prices are a bit unnerving; keep in mind if you just want a pork chop patty for a child without all the sides or a bun, well you're gonna pay the same price Regardless. The place has turned into an old man coffee committee. The short older lady that works there has been rude to my children as minors and now adults; one with special needs, treating them like they are out to steal, and that they were in the way. Bravo Schulte's store! it seems to me you indeed fit right into the ever so popular arrogant angry great falls attitude. Just another reason that I'll never appreciate this store again, I'll never stop in again on my way through, nor will I go out of my way to recommend. - Maybe turn into a casino, seems to be a theme there in GTF. It's Too bad. I really think Schulte's lost their vision.
i really like the store and come a lot, it’s convenient to my work and they’re quick and usually cool. it’s just that one person in particular acts like you’re a criminal if you mess up the line or get confused. i do think it’s silly to have to wait in line at the back of the store even if you’re not getting something from the hot bar but i do it anyways because it’s not that big of a deal. the first time i came i didn’t really get what to do as customers end up making their own lines so sometimes there’s literally like 4 separate lines and she was aggressive about it. just feel like if it’s that common of a problem that you get upset maybe have signs?
Excellent breakfast. Fast service. Family friendly. If we weren’t just passing through this would be my go to breakfast joint. This place is everything I love in hometown breakfast place.
