Truly disappointed. Did not come out the salon satisfied with the shape, but thought I can fix it at home for the styling. Once I arrived home, I noticed the hair was completely damaged at the end after the perm service. The stylist mentioned my hair was very very dry, okay, I admit my hair condition is not the best, but it is nothing like broken or frizzy. It’s in the last photo. It’s just a normal condition. I really suspect the chemical they used to perm your hair is very low quality. I have done hair perm before and my hair was never damaged like this, and no curls left at all! I feel like the stylist has the responsibility to tell me or show me what will be the end result with my hair! Not just telling me it will be a LITTLE BIT DRY! Instead it will be all DEAD 🙂 The curls almost disappeared when I arrived home and even though I follow the instruction how to style it, the shape is just quite ugly. Spent 400 to damage my hair and it comes more money to restore it.

It was my first time at Adele and I booked my service with Mary. From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. She took the time to listen to what I was hoping for and delivered results that went far beyond my expectations. The color is beautiful and blends naturally to my actual hair, which is what I asked for. Mary has a true talent for knowing what works best and explained everything along the way, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her care. The salon itself is very modern, with a welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, which added so much to the overall experience. Mary’s attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. I cannot thank her enough for the transformation. I highly recommend going to Adele and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had my perm yesterday with Nina. As soon as I arrived, she was quick, attentive and educated me on how to take care of my perm. I highly recommend this place as everyone was friendly, fair prices and easy to talk to everyone! Also, it was Halloween time so they had cool costumes!

My first time receiving treatment at Adele, and I am more than happy!!! They did such a beautiful Balayage on my hair, even after the bleach its silky smooth❤️ (you can tell from the video!!) the colours are amazing, such great attention to details🥰 10/10 would recommend
