Do not go with Space Design and waste your time and hard earned money go to drain. Project site: Hyderabad, Ameenpur, patelguda. I am sharing my horrible experience so that no one else would have to face the same. The whole procedure starts by contacting the call centre and they fix an appointment for a Rs.1000/-. Since you haven't paid the full money they nod for all your requirements which only makes you feel good in the start. Now they came with some carpenter concept called WPC with assured the work to be completed within 30 days of agreed time according to our requirements. Here comes the first red flag, they asked to pay a 100% upfront to start, thinking it's a genuine company based on reviews we agreed and PAID FULL AMOUNT. Now the comes the crux of the issue. After taking the full amount they now took a U turn stating that our requirments are not possible with the amount that we paid. QUESTION IS then why did you agree for our requirements and asked for a full payment upfront.???? So finally since we had to compromise because of our dream home, now the story starts. The work wasn't started despite the 100% payment upfront. After sweet 10 days the work was finally started, not to mention after a ton of followups. However once the work was started they finished basic wood work in 5-6 days and again stopped the work for the next 10days. What the hell is wrong with you!!?? Now comes the painting part. They didn't give us the option to select the color or even contacted us to give us the options to select. That's my dream house. We wanted to get a glossy finish but they kept convincing us that matte is good, just to reduce their work. They even took 15 days more than the promised days. They have changed all our requirements and changed the plan according to their convenience. So if you couldn't accomplish what I've asked for, the work completed is not even close to what requested for. I DEMAND a refund since you haven't done what we needed which was agreed in the start. Now comes the second red Flag. The company states that the material is insufficient and that we need to pay more, since we are drowned already to the neck we went ahead and paid without no choice. The advertisement is a mere hoax and no way close to the reality. They even charge you 30% more than the market price. Initial commitment to complete the work was 30 days and they did lathargically for 60 days. like Seriously!!!!? If you are a working professional and have dreamt of having an own house with your liking and of course your hard earned money, do not, I REPEAT DO NOT go for space design. I hope this makes you realise that ground work is more important before you go for a new House. Thank you!!

Let me be blunt: The experience was **exhausting, disappointing, and full of hidden traps**. Here’s what I faced: #They Take Advantage of Customer Unawareness Instead of guiding us, they misuse our trust. The magic starts **right at the design phase**. They collect the money well in advance and that’s when their true colors begin to show. #Poor Design Options to Cut Their Costs Their so-called "design options"? A few images from previous projects. No creativity, no flexibility. Just the most basic designs that help them minimize material costs. **It’s clear they care more about saving their margins than giving your home a unique feel. # Low-Quality Items Replaced in Place of Durable Ones I expected Tandem boxes in kitchen storage. What did they provide? Cheapest stainless steel baskets. No one educated me on the difference. You end up with less durable, outdated fittings. ##Basic Handles & No Return Policy Want a better handle? Pay extra. Their selection is poor — and here’s the kicker: **they don’t take returns**. Even roadside hardware stores are more customer-friendly. ### No Guidance on Color Themes They hand over random catalogs and expect you to select color themes on your own. No suggestions, no mockups, no professional inputs. ## No Attention to Practical Design Details I trusted them, thinking they were professionals — but I was wrong. My **mini dining table** height is above standard. No one corrected it. I paid for it, but I can’t even use it comfortably. **TV unit**: Bottom box was fixed at 1.5 ft instead of 1 ft. Their engineer never guided the change — and then they asked **extra** for correction. They might argue that I asked carpenter to fix covering switch board but that’s where a proper site engineer should guide about best practices. ** Ceiling Design Disaster False ceiling work was started **without ever explaining what it would look like** and the end result was completely different from what I imagined. There was **zero discussion or clarity** before starting the job. # Poor Site Supervision They have no proper site engineers to supervise or suggest corrections. They do have name sake supervisors who just watch design papers not able to adjust based on site specific challenges #Bad Treatment of Their Own Workers I paid everything on time but the carpenters were unhappy because **SpaceDesigns didn’t pay them advances properly**. That frustration was shown in work quality and attitude. Who suffers? *We customers.* ##Cover Layer Removal Policy is Absurd Normally, protective laminate layers should be removed **after** painting work. But these people wanted to remove it immediately after woodwork, and asked **extra money** to come back later. Seriously? # More Extra Charges Everywhere 4 MONTHS to complete the work! Everything gets shipped from Vijayawada — delay after delay. **They charged me ₹500 just to add a simple border on a mirror.** # Overall Experience I approached them with **huge expectations**, especially after watching their own YouTube videos. But honestly? I wouldn’t even take their name if someone asks me for a reference. I get it: Interior work can’t be free. If there's extra work, vendors should be paid — but there’s a **way to communicate and manage** that while maintaining customer service. What I got instead was **pure arrogance**: "Unless you pay more, don’t even ask." ** Final Realization There are so many other vendors out there who deliver better quality, with **less budget and better timelines. In the end, **people may talk very nicely on camera**, but their **true colours come out when there’s money and execution involved**.

I had an amazing experience with Space Designs Team, and my experience has been excellent. The entire process, from registration to installation, was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. I got my Full Home designed by Space Designs, and their team did an excellent job.
