So I have a 2025 Buick Envista ST with 12,408 miles on it, it broke down at HWY 51 WB in front of the bass pro basically the night of 12/26/25, giving an engine error code and the vehicle completely lost power and started smoking from under the hood, OnStar towed my car to Ferguson Buick the closest dealership free of charge as is it’s a new car, so on 12/27/25 I go up to the Ferguson Dealer by catching a ride since my car was broke down, as soon as I get to the service center and speak with an advisor immediately they ask if I bought my vehicle there and I said no, the advisor says we can’t work on your car until Tuesday of next week at the earliest, I advise the advisor I was needing a vehicle since my brand new car was broke down and they couldn’t work on it yet, the advisor tells me there is no vehicle available for me to drive whether it’s a loaner or a rental from their service department, I inform him I have 2 kids work obligations and such things a normal busy working adult does have, the advisor says the best thing he can do for me is give me a shuttle ride home and call me Tuesday next week, I disagreed with this “help” and went to speak with a sales “manager”, an elderly male with a cane, the manager after being informed of my situation and speaking with me says “well are you thinking about getting a new car? It won’t affect if we can give you a loaner car or not.”, with him offering the possibility of reliable transportation I start speaking with him and he pulls me over to his desk and starts trying to talk to me about numbers and credit scores, I advise the sales “manager” again that I’m only here because my brand new Buick just broke down and I’m not really wanting to get into financing or anything and just only want to fix my brand new car that I just bought or something to drive until it is fixed and that I really am not here to buy a car I am only here cause my new car just broke down, and you’re trying to sell me a new car when I have a new car and don’t need or want a new car, the sales “manager” after being told that I wasn’t buying a new car today says “yeah we can’t help you with a loaner or anything like that but we can offer you a shuttle ride back home.” As a current Buick Owner my experience not only owning and driving a Buick, but the way I was treated and stranded at and not cared for or about at a Buick Dealership is an utter joke. Ferguson should really take a crash course lesson in customer service. I decided to pay out of pocket and have my Buick towed from Ferguson To Marc Miller, Marc Miller told me they would give me a NICE FREE loaner if I could get my Buick to them for servicing. I just wanted to give a huge commendation to Marc Miller and his dealership for having some common human decency and respect and care for a current Buick owner. Jeremy at Ferguson Buick is a salesman who offered to help me in the form of even locating my vehicle and driving me to find it, without being obligated and just as being a good person. I told Jeremy I would consider buying my next Buick from him because he was a good person and helped me when he didn’t have to. Jeremy was very professional, understanding, and caring, I don’t even know his last name and it was my first time seeing him, maybe he should be the “manager”. Anyways long story short, I had a TERRIBLE AWFUL experience at the Ferguson Buick Dealership in Broken Arrow. I have had a awful terrible experience as a Buick Owner. This is an honest review.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey in June of 2023 from Jim Ferguson Superstore in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. During the purchase, I was talked into adding an extended warranty—which I agreed to because I wanted peace of mind. Unfortunately, when the time came to use the warranty for some necessary repairs, it did *not* cover the costs as promised. I called the warranty company for clarification, and of course, they were absolutely no help. They explained that the warranty I purchased did not cover the issues I was having, even though that was not how it had been presented to me originally. After several back-and-forth conversations among myself, the dealership, and the warranty company, I reached a point where it seemed cheaper to simply trade in my van for another vehicle rather than fight the warranty battle any longer. I was honestly pretty upset about the whole situation. But instead of walking away frustrated, I decided to give Jim Ferguson Superstore a chance to make things right—and oh my gosh, they truly came through for me. My salesperson, Manny, was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He already knew what had happened and actually sympathized with my situation instead of brushing it off. He worked hard to help me find the right vehicle and helped restore my trust in the dealership. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Kia Sportage—fully loaded and absolutely awesome. The whole team at Jim Ferguson Superstore really pulled together to make this deal happen smoothly. They also made sure I received a new warranty, and the difference this time is huge: this warranty covers everything listed at 100%. I’m so glad I chose to give them a second chance, even after feeling misled during my initial purchase. They proved that they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to step up and make things right. A huge thank-you to my salesperson Manny, finance manager Brandon, and everyone else who helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Jim Ferguson Superstore. They truly are good people who want to help you out.

Manny went above and beyond to make sure to get me a vehicle that I love! I’m so happy and would recommend this dealership to anyone. My mom referred me and I’m glad she did. I love my car. The people here are so friendly and helpful.
