The application is now past the typical processing time stated on the website. The phone numbers have a full inbox. Every time you send an inquiry you get the same generic answer. There are different streams and I get the fact that few streams are seeing huge volume but what about the others? If the Que of assessing files are similar for every stream , then that would be so inefficient.

They were so nice helpful .they explained everything completely for me with patience.when I read some comments about this office I was really worried to go there but when I went there it was completely different.thanks for all help

Zero stars, worst service, can’t imagine that the government is hiring people with rude behaviour and extremely racist mindset. The WOMAN at the front desk who is supposed to help out and listen to customer’s concerns does not want to do her job and instead argues with all her heart . I don’t understand if these people hate their job so much at first place why they still work it and at second place does these people even qualify for a job that requires communication with people when they don’t know how to communicate. Maybe the people working inside are hard workers and good people but the ones outside on front desk , oh my god . May god bless them with a little sense of how to talk to other people and do their jobs. I HOPE SOMEONE GETS MY REVIEW AND TAKES ACTION ON SUCH BEHAVIOUR.
