I seldom need to visit a physical branch but on Saturday I was forced to go into the branch. Three people working, all chatting with each other. I waited for over 5 minutes and finally left. Royal Bank, get your physical branch act together! PLEASE!

Silently deducting a service fee without informing customers is deceptive and unacceptable. The lack of transparency reflects poorly on both the staff and management. If the Branch Manager is unaware of how uninformed their team is, it raises serious concerns about the competence and oversight at this location.

I’m going to post here because my wife and I can’t reach anyone in this branch. We set up virtual appointments 4 separate times with 2 different advisors from this branch. Every single time, the advisor was a no-show. I don’t know if the system is properly set up anymore for virtual appointments, but I don’t really care. It feels terrible to be treated like you don’t exist. So, I’m definitely moving my mortgage and assets out of RBC when my mortgage is up for renewal. Bye jerks!!

The worse customer service I have ever received. The lady name Nora was rude she needs to learn how to serve customer in a respectful way. I’m not going to your branch ask for your money, I’m putting my money in your business so you better give me a good customer service I should receive. This branch need to improve for their customer service big time. Very poor if there is an option of No star I would rate zero star for that. Very disappointed I will move all my money to some other bank that have a better customer service.
