Had my opener system upgraded today, and it was handled with professionalism, skill, and efficiency from the first phone call (to get an estimate) until the tech drove away (following installation). Customer service was exceptional at all levels - everyone was so knowledgable, and communication was always a priority. Tech Johnny was so patient and answered every question - then he walked me through how to use the new equipment and left nothing unanswered.
