Super friendly and cool staff! And they sell lots of cool stuff. I just started getting into opening Pokémon booster packs and I got something cool on the first pack! Will be coming back in the future 👍 the manager picked out the pack for me and I loved that lol

Everything went great!!…..at first. I preordered a number of deck boxes with this company a bit after Avatar prerelease. They seemed to be a hot product, so I wanted to lock in. To be safe, I called one of their many locations to confirm this product was coming in. I was told it would unequivocally arrive (lie 1), most likely by early December. First week of December arrives, so I decide to reach out. I was quickly told they had just gotten the shipment in and were currently processing! They said they would update me shortly (lie 2). When I failed to receive an update I kept occasionally, but consistently, checking in. A couple times I was told to expect an update that day (lies 3,4, etc). Most of the time I was just ignored. Now Im being told that the product will not arrive. Keep in mind, if I cancelled during this time I would have been subject to a 10% fee per their policy. But they can cancel without such a penalty I suppose. One of two things happened in my opinion. They wanted an interest free loan (most of these boxes were sold out as preorder) or the distro company messed up. If the communication were better, Id be chalking it up to the latter. But I truly dont know. Proceed with caution with pre-orders for supplies at minimum.

Screen free games was the opposite of a typical games store. They were on this side of the counter out with the crowd, excited to tell you about their favourites. The prices were super competitive and I happily spend about 5% less than I was expecting (Amazon) to pay. Local. Friendly, and actually made me feel amazing upon leaving.
