I had a screen door installed and the lock suddenly stopped functioning. I have been calling and calling the West Palm office to get some assistance with this and I can’t get anyone on the phone. No one picks up and no one returns my calls. I was texted by someone who asked about my issue and they have repeatedly stated my message has been passed on and my request has been marked as urgent. Still no contact! I called the Vero Beach office and they picked up immediately and stated they would pass my message on. Still no response from the West Palm office! I also need two screen doors for my balconies but I certainly won’t be hiring this company for this. They clearly don’t stand by their work and the customer service is horrible.

Screen mobile replaced a mechanical screen for me. They measured and when they installed it they damaged it It was reordered but they measured the wrong size. On the 3rd attempt they installed it and in a email said it was not warranty. Never did they say anything about care or what type of wind to put it up with I was away for a few days and we had done wind. It came off the rails and the only thing they wound say is that it isn’t warranted !!! That is their policy. I went back and forth and agreed to pay for service call. But they said NO!! I will NEVER RECCOMEND this company. I was a small business owner and the customer is always RIGHT!! I guess he didn’t get that memo!!
