In these times, it is very unusual to work with a company that provides the level of customer comfort, project thoroughness, high-quality materials, and overall professionalism that Scudder delivered. At every step of the way, I gained more confidence in their team. All my questions (both onsite and email) were answered promptly and every morning when the workers arrived, I smiled because everything was going so well. It was impressive to observe how friendly, tidy, organized, communicative, professional and collaborative every member of the Scudder team was. It was fascinating to watch them show up and perform their magic. Every member of the roof, gutter and solar team worked seamlessly with their peers to complete our roof and our solar installation during intense weather events. In the end, we are celebrating a beautiful new roof, gutters, downspouts and monitoring a beautifully designed solar installation. I am honestly sad the project is over. With the storm, wind and everything slippery I felt at ease knowing that Salvador and Edgar were up on the roof working safely.
