They consitently gave me wrong information when making appointments and I was lied to, to my face today. And then directed to someone who just wanted to repeat the information that didn’t matter to my complaint. If this is your only option, I’m sorry. If you have choices; don’t choose Seamar.

Update: STILL THE WORST DENTAL CLINIC I’VE EVER BEEN TO! Been trying to reach them for MONTHHHHHSSSS now regarding a billing question. They continue to ignore more. All I wanted is to speak with a supervisor regarding the reasoning behind the billing I received. They either don’t answer my calls or they keep coming up with excuses that their supervisor is on a vacation. Why does a big clinic like SeaMar have only one supervisor? Ridiculous. Tried reaching out to them in so many ways like phone, MyChart, left multiple messages but still nothing. Do not recommend going to this SeaMar Dental Clinic at Federal Way office! They book appointments and call multiple times to confirm the appt. If you miss their calls then they cancel it for you and book someone else. Even if you go into the office on time. That’s what they said when i called them back. Thennnnn, when you go in they realize that they booked you too weeks in advance so they don’t treat you. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME BIG TIME, so don’t waste your time going there! They only focus on business, not patients.

*Just updating my review after my latest visit. They are consistent the best dentists I have ever used in 67 years. I'm so grateful to have found them.* These are the kindest and most compassionate dentists, assistants, and hygienists I've ever used. So pain free. I think they do a wonderful service for people and I couldn't recommend them any higher. Edit: to add, I think the reception people are extremely helpful, respectful and just plain nice. I think anybody complaining about them is probably asking for something that can't be provided at the time and are taking it out on those wonderful, helpful service people.

I was confirmed for a retainer pick up today at 10:00am. As advised I got here at 9:45am. When I was asked to go to the back to see the orthodontist and gave my details I was shocked to learn that the retainers had not been delivered to the clinic. All I got was an apology and told that I can come back today probably at 3pm. Money and time wasted!
