This place is so terrible. Every single time I have tried to schedule an appointment it is never possible because they are so severely understaffed. They told me to come in at 8:am in the morning to POSSIBLY get me in. The doctors are rude. And it’s very obvious they don’t care about their patients schedules or time. At this time I suggest they just shut this place down. There’s barely any dentists there. You can’t get patients to book appointments because you don’t know if there is going to be enough staff on that day. So you have them walk in at 8:am to MAYBE get them into an appointment. Awful place. The last time I was there the dentist that was working with me would not stop talking to me about how much she hates her job and hates working there. Why would you ever let someone talk that way to a patient. Terrible.

Worst dental experience ever! Not only did I have to wait for over an hour after my appointment time just to be seen but then I also had the pleasure of the Dentist trying to make up for lost time on my teeth. He was extremely rude, inefficient and ineffective. My tooth still has issues.The one saving grace at this location was the dental assistants. The 2 I had contact with were very personable and nice people. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend going to this location!!!!

Received confirmation four separate times that my appointment was for 10 am. I get a call when I’m on my way and they tell me my appointment was for 9:45 and they won’t be able to take me in because I’m “late.” I explain that I spoke to someone on the phone the day prior who confirmed that the appointment was for 10, and she impolitely tells me that it was her who I spoke to and she wouldn’t have said that. I arrive and showed them proof of the multiple voicemails I was left that say 10 am was my appointment time, and she just half-heartedly said sorry without explaining why it may have happened. Said I could stick around for an hour to see if the doctor “might” be able to squeeze me in but it wasn’t a guarantee. I declined and I was given only one option to reschedule, an afternoon appointment three weeks out. I’m frustrated because it’s a bit of a drive for me to go here and I wasted my morning for nothing. Funny how time is so important to them but when it comes to their patients they don’t seem to care about our schedules. *Update* they cancelled my rescheduled appointment the evening prior. I get things happen, but I took off work for nothing.
