You told my husband he has to come back after we had been there since 9:30am.. I know it's weird but folks work on a Saturday just like you .. Your dentists signs an Oath and did not uphold it today at all 3. You all treated a Homeless Man like he was Trash, you looked at me with disgusted eyes because I brought you a homeless man's belongings and you told me to wash my hands. Although I do understand your reasoning for washing my hands, the point is is that acting like that about another human being is disgusting. I did infact take photos of you and your team mates and will be filing a complaint.
Literally the receptionist at the front, I called and was talking with customer care all morning to let them know I'm running 15 minutes late exactly coming all the way from tacoma and there was traffic. I was there at 815 waited an hour and was told I have to reschedule. I asked clarifying questions to assure I can get my filling next week at my scheduled appointment because as the dentist predicted it started hurting. They couldn't directly answer my question he started yelling and speaking aggressively AT me to tell me my dentist won't be working here anymore and to reschedule today's appointment I'll have to get on a list for a new provider. I said I would rather transfer to tacoma because I live there. I just wanted to know if I drive out here next week they'll do my filling and I can finish my cleaning elsewhere. He had no reason to speak to me with aggression in his voice period. This is unprofessional business behavior and communication. And I don't appreciate being spoken to that way being a woman. Do better.
