I would highly recommend Seaberg Construction. A few months back my 21 year old roof had a leak Adam from Seaberg was recommended by a friend. He came up climbed up on roof found the leak repaired it,also checked roof and pointed out some issues. Then got up into both my attics , he must of spent 1.5 hours at my house. I asked what I owed him he said nothing, please consider me when you decide to replace the roof no high pressure. I just had them replace the roof, the dumpster and material were delivered the day before the job all license and insurance was provided and crew arrived on time,Cory was the project manager and was there to supervise project start to finish very professional answered all questions,they completed the strip and replacement of my roof in one day I could not be happier with the job,it was on budget, on time and property cleaned of all debris.

Seaberg construction was great with communication prior to work beginning. I had the siding done for my house which turned out great. How we got there had a few bumps in the road. The team that did the work was really sloppy when taking off existing siding and there were nails everywhere. I have 2 dogs so I voiced my concern to the project manager who addressed it. The problem was better but not corrected as I am still filling a coffee can with the nails I am finding. The crew did not inform me of anything they found behind the old siding…ie an outside faucet not attached correctly so they put the copper pipe outside my new siding. Windows were missing spray foam that we could’ve taken care of had it not been raining. They did leave trash in my yard that I had the project manager address. I gave 3 stars because they were quick and got my house done in 4 days but I could not open 1 of my windows which we fixed on our own. My advice would be to force the crew to use drop cloths to keep the demolition mess to a minimum and keep tabs on what your house looks like at each stage so things can be addressed in a timely manner.

I can't say enough about Seaberg Construction. This company is trustworthy and their work is top notch. There was no delay in getting the job done. The workers were in and done in 2 days. Roof, Vinyl, windows, gutters and electrical. The out come of my home is even more beautiful then I could have imagined. Thank you Seaberg Construction!

We had 5 companies come out and give us quotes on vinyl siding for our home, and i wanted some accent stone work as well. I can not say enough great things about this company. They worked with us to bring our vision to reality, and we couldn't be happier with the way it came out. Excellent continued communication throughout the entire process, answered every question we had, and worked around our schedule. They were also the most reasonable and realistic pricing. Never tried to sell us something that we didn't want or need. I know exactly who I'll be calling when we have any other projects. If you're looking for a company that you can trust, you need to call Seaberg! (The before and after photos speak for themselves!)
