Before Luke came into contact with me, I had never of the recruiter Searchability. Once Luke established communications with me, he stuck to his promise in assisting me to find the right job, something that I can say no other recruiter has done. At the same time I had been in contact with other recruiters, and a lot of them failed to put in enough effort to push to get my application through to their clients - but with Luke, he really noticed my potential and did his absolute best to get me set up with employers. Only with Searchability have I been able to get an interview at a company to eventually then receive a job offer, through any recruiting agency. Not only did he make a great impression of me towards all of his clients, he also frequently found the time to communicate as often as needed to catch-up and support me during the interviews and test days that I had. He always had a great positive attitude when talking with me, and never made me feel uncomfortable during our discussions. Luke has the right mindset, and without his great knowledge in the creative development industry which lead to my job offer I may have never been accepted by the employer in the first place.
