I got an opportunity through them for a start up. Their client is just interested in taking ideas and business plan which they may probably wants to implement by their own. I have been interacting with a senior resource at Searchlight and she was not at all equipped to handle the senior candidates. I think they should give more training to their employees on handling senior candidatures. I don't suggest this recruitment firm for senior jobs else if you are getting a call from them better to analyse thoroughly before going to interview.

They dupe you into contract based jobs for 2 months. They are only interested into your idea with a ppt which they pose as a case study. There is NO transparency in work profile they would give. They portray themselves as the messenger of humanity with ground work in rural areas but reality is its just the media attention & tax savings they do in name of an NGO.
