I have been associated with the agency since past couple of years. I was placed via them in my past 2 companies. They are very professional right from my first interaction till the final offer the firm has guided me through the process and ensured that I and the client were in sync. I got an opportunity through them for a start up. Their client is just interested in taking ideas and business plan which they may probably wants to implement by their own. I have been interacting with a senior resource at Searchlight and she was not at all equipped to handle the senior candidates. I think they should give more training to their employees on handling senior candidatures. I don't suggest this recruitment firm for senior jobs else if you are getting a call from them better to analyse thoroughly before going to interview.
