Josh is amazing! He was exactly on time and after reviewing our specific situation determined that we did not need his service. We have separate AC and hot water boiler for heat. Our AC is an air handler only - no furnace return ducts and therefore nothing to clean. Very honest in his assessment and recommendation. Would not hesitate to use him for other services.

Update 10/2025 As usual, they repair done was great. I damaged my door and the young man came and fixed it like new. He was very polite and patient with me as I was so up set and could not even close the door. I have had a wonderful experience with Sears Garage Door Services. I highly recommend them. 😃

This is the 2nd time that I have used Sears Garage Solution , they first put in a lifestyle screen for us in our garage and now they have put in a floor in our garage. We sit in our garage all the time and watch TV. The guys that came out to do our garage floor were hard workers, very pleasant, and professional, however, doing cleanup somehow some adhesive got on our driveway. I called the company to let them know and they promised me that they will be out to fix it , The technician Barry came out and fixed everything, he is such a wonderful person with a lot of sense of humor, we need more technicians like him in the work place. He did an awesome job, I recommend that you use this company not only to get your garage floor done but to let them put in a lifestyle screen for your garage as well you will love it.
