Nearly every high end restaurant was fully booked in the coast, we decided to give Edgewater a call and they had 1 table left! We go out to eat often but this restaurant was a place that i have already recommended to colleagues today. The food was outstanding, the service given to my self and my wife by Margarete, Tammy and Jayden was impressive đź‘Ź. They whent out of their way to recognise our special occasion even tho i didnt ask for any extras. My notes were i would like a high bar seat with a view of the water front due to our 8th wedding anniversary. What we got, was staff ensuring every possible need was catered for whilst gauging ideal privacy, a seat on the high bar at the very end, closest to the water to get an amazing view. We received congratulations for our occasion, and we even got an anniversary desert with a sparkler and a "happy anniversary" edible on top when we asked for the bill. We were already very happy. That was icing on the cake. This is the only place I have gone to specifically get staff names. I fully recommend edgewater for any occasion. I hope the front of house staff and chefs hear this review and I hope they feel appreciated. Thank you. My wife felt like a queen due our experience here. We will be back. 10/10. Amazing. Please give it a try if any one is curious, you won't be disappointed.
Joe GWe went for dinner after attending a conference. Great service. Offered an Aperol spritz on arrival and were able to choose our own tables. Beautiful views of the Gold Cost skyline reflecting across the water. Food was very good and enjoyed by the group. I would recommend this restaurant as good food and service and reasonable prices.
Helen HigginsHave been here 3 times before. My friend and I were a little surprised at the $ of the menu this time incomparison to previous times. Whilst the food was good quality, the price point here is such that I won't be returning. $39 just for the chicken. $15 for the salad. $34 for the Caesar salad with an extra $10 for chicken. Our bad for not double checking the menu when deciding to eat here. Only for the more elite diner now imo.
