Absolutely the best clinic in Pickering! Dr. Rachel and Dr. Tamara have been incredible with my entire family. I’ve had some more complex dental work done, and they were professional, compassionate, and thorough every step of the way. My older son also went through Invisalign treatment here, and the experience was fantastic. Everyone on the team is friendly and welcoming—Needy at the front desk always goes above and beyond to make each visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

It is astonishing that despite making three separate appointments for my children, the dentist either failed to show up or there was a scheduling conflict on each occasion. I am surprised by their ability to manage this business Edit: I’m not denying previous treatments. Twice we were booked and the dentist was off on both days. And today, July 24, 2025, our appointment was at 9:45 and we left your establishment after waiting 30 mins for dentist who was now even answering your phone calls????

I had the most frustrating experience with the receptionist named Anne. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly struggles to understand or speak English properly, which makes communication nearly impossible. Instead of checking your previous records or listening to your concerns, she starts bombarding you with irrelevant questions. Without even asking me, she went ahead and booked a cleaning appointment I never agreed to—and then had the audacity to threaten me with charges when I tried to cancel. Her aggressive tone, broken English, and lack of basic customer service skills made the entire situation unnecessarily stressful. I’ve never dealt with someone so unpleasant at a dental office before. Absolutely unacceptable.
