Hält Auto fast 8 Monate zurück und hat es nicht repariert. Sobald man das Auto gebracht hat, gibt es kein Lebenszeichen mehr von ihm. Bringt eures Auto auf keinen Fall dorthin, sehr unprofessionell und inkompetent
Herr Sedak hat schon lange mein Vetrauen, wenn es um Autos und zuverlässigen und preiswerten Qualitätsservice geht. Er ist sehr gut vernetzt und kann soweit ich weiss, jedes Auto reparieren und den Service machen. Und wenn nicht, dann kennt er jemanden!
Extrem unzuverlässig ! Wie in einer vorgängigen Rezension beschrieben, ist die Kommunikation unterirdisch. Herr Sedak beantwortet keine Emails und reagiert nicht auf Anrufe. Bei simplen Fragen ohne Konfliktpotential (Termin, Preis, Offerte, Fortschritt der Arbeit, etc.) taucht Herr Sedak unter und verschwindet im Nirwana. Alle Kontaktaufnahmen und Bemühungen um einen Dialog seitens des Kunden sind aussichtslos. Trotz dutzenden Versuchen über Tage und Wochen erhält man kein Feedback und keinen Rückruf. Wenn Daniel Sedak keine Lust hat, dann lässt er seine Kunden konsequent ins Leere laufen. Wer seine Nerven schonen will, sollte einen grossen Bogen um die Garage Sedak machen !! Leider kann man nicht Null Sterne geben, denn ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Finger weg von dieser dilettantischen Garage !!! .
